Brothers raffling off stunning two-bed luxury apartment worth £300k for just £2

Three brothers are offering someone the chance to win a £300,000 luxury home for the same price as a pastry, a bus fare or a double cheeseburger.

Jason, 37, William, 35, and Daniel, 31, are looking to help cash-strapped Brits climb onto the property ladder for just a mere £2.

Together, the siblings run competitions to help low-income families live mortgage free through their generous venture Tramway Path.

And their latest property doesn't disappoint.

Located in Grays, Essex, the two-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated by Lakeside Shopping Centre and Grays station.

The residential development boasts a spacious open plan kitchen and living space area, as well as a family bathroom and en-suite shower room off the master bedroom.

The lucky winner will get to bask in the views from a private balcony and have the choice to use a large community garden.

Other benefits include a vast amount of storage options and allocated parking space.

Speaking about the property, Jason told the Daily Star: "This is a beautiful, modern and contemporary, two-bedroom, two bathroom, two balcony apartment very close to Lakeside shopping centre.

"This is a superb property and caters to all demographics including small families, couples and single occupants."

The apartment is located in an ideal area for schools and features several golf courses, as well as an airfield nearby.

Brother Daniel originally came up with the idea for a raffle after his property had been left on the market for over a year.

After being unable to afford it to stay on the market for two years in the midst of the pandemic he came up with the concept, which attracted more than 20,000 entries.

Following its success, Daniel and his brothers decided to see if they could help some of the hundreds of people who had flooded their social media, by launching more raffles.

Their favourite to date is a competition that handed NHS worker Sade Oluwaleimu three flats in Bristol city centre worth a combined total of £550,000.

"Our favourite giveaway by a mile was our Bristol competition," said Jason.

"This wasn’t our usual type of competition but rather this gave the successful winner the opportunity to generate residual income for life."

He added: "It’s always a joyous moment when one of our winners who may not have come from a privileged background tells us what this means to not only them but for their families and future generations.

"We are not only giving away properties, we are creating lifetime legacies for people who may not have had the opportunity to do so in the real world.

The trio, from South London, have organised a string of raffles so far, which they have managed to balance alongside their 9-5 jobs. Eventually, they would like to grow the business and help people across the UK.

"We are constantly inundated with emails from people telling us that what we are doing is providing an amazing opportunity to help the most disadvantaged within society," Jason added.

"Whether that be because of low-income households, credit issues or just not being in a position to save towards a deposit, this competition that we offer gives the everyday person real hope of owning their own property without any contingencies."

The brothers have recently starred in a Channel 4 documentary called 'My £2 Dream Home', which highlights their "incredible" journey so far.

"It was a great opportunity for us to show the public and discerning sceptics our model and how we got to where we are today," Jason added.

Their latest competition ends next month on May 27. To join the raffle visit here.
