The lap dancing police officer who went viral for her raunchy antics has spoke out about the video which made her “famous”.

Vera Mekuli's raunchy dancing was caught on camera at a New York Police Department Christmas party in 2021, which landed her a job offer at a nearby gentleman's club.

Her married boss Lt. Nick McGarry was pictured enjoying the intimate entertainment, from the comfort of a chair in the middle of New York's Yonkers bar surrounded by colleagues.

NYPD chiefs ordered Lt McGarry's transfer from the 44th Precinct to the Transit Bureau after footage of the festival bash on two years ago went viral.

And since then, she has amassed an army of fans on Instagram of around 38k followers, where she posts a mix of police pics and raunchy images.

In her latest post, of her in full cop gear wishing her fans a Happy New Year, she was asked what the year has planned for her.

She wrote: “oh I'm living my life and its full of smiles and laughter!

“They thought my story would kill me, it only made me stronger . . . and famous.”

Sadly for her fans, she won't be launching an OnlyFans, despite multiple requests to do so.

Since finding fame, she has been asking her thousands of admirers to send her cash via online services but has been urged to consider an alternative way of raking it in.

She captioned the photos of her smiling at the camera: "In case you need something to gossip about in the groupchat."

Vera also took the opportunity to remind her followers that "donations" are "appreciated" via the services Cashapp and Venmo.

However, people rallied together to urge Vera to launch an OnlyFans account.

One person commented: "I'm just waiting for the OF to drop… til then I'm here for this."

A third said: "Please handcuff me to your bed and do what you want."

One follower even suggested her old NYPD boss who she danced for must be living in regret.

They joked: "I'm sure that policeman whom you lapped dance must be cursing himself for marrying another woman."
