Country Jam Grand Junction 2021: Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith headline

Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith and other country music superstars will perform in Grand Junction June 24-26  as part of the 2021 Country Jam Grand Junction.

Organizers of the three-day outdoor festival announced that tickets will be on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, April 2, at Three-day passes will be available for $125, with various upgrades available for camping, reserved seating and VIP amenities.

Additional details about health and safety plans at the festival are forthcoming, organizers said, and all purchases for the June 18-21, 2020, Country Jam dates will be honored for the rescheduled 2021 dates. Any fan who previously purchased a ticket to Country Jam, but is unable to attend this year’s rescheduled event, will be also provided the opportunity for a full refund (see for more information).

Other performers confirmed for the main stage include Colorado native and fast-rising name Ingrid Andress, Ashland Craft, Travis Denning, Hardy, Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, Kip Moore, Craig Morgan, Drew Parker, Stephanie Quayle, Tanya Tucker and Lainey Wilson. Performers set to appear on the second stage, “Next From Nashville,” will be announced in the coming months, organizers said.

Now in its 29th year, Country Jam Grand Junction bills itself as the largest country music festival in Colorado. There hasn’t always been much competition for that title, but in recent years Dierks Bentley’s Seven Peaks Festival — which debuted in 2018 and ran for two years before the coronavirus pandemic began — gave it a run for its money with headliners such as Bentley, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and others.

The camping and music event, which may well return, took place in Buena Vista, about two hours southwest of Denver. Like Country Jam Grand Junction, it was produced by mega-promoter Live Nation. For now, however, Country Jam Grand Junction is the biggest player on the horizon and the first major Colorado music festival of 2021.
