A homeless man sleeping outside a McDonald’s was shot in the head and died later in hospital in a crime that has shocked Los Angeles.

Whilst Lipeles was undergoing surgery, cops were called to another copycat crime in which a homeless woman was shot.
Authorities say Stella Polly, 67, was shot in the back on West Manchester Avenue on May 21 after she was seen talking to 37-year-old Rubi Anguiano-Salazar.
She was then booked on suspicion of attempted murder.
On Tuesday (August 30), the U.S. Marshals Service’s Fugitive Taskforce arrested Raymundo Hernandez, 37, and Blas Canche, 32 in connection with Lipeles’ murder.
Hernandez has been charged with his murder.
Anguiano-Salazar has been charged with one count of murder, one count of attempted murder.
