A sick killer has confessed to slitting the throat of his brother before hacking off his genitals when told of a broken phone.
Emre Torun, 29, allegedly carried out the horrifying attack that left his 32-year-old brother dead after being told his phone was beyond repair.
Emre reportedly took the blade against his brother while he was sleeping in their family home in Kocaeli, Turkey, on Saturday (April 22).

Victim Murat Can Torun is said to have received fatal slashes to the throat before Emre is alleged to have cut the genitals of his brother off.
Emre is believed to have left his brother for dead by fleeing the family home before confessing to police later that night.
His motive for the alleged murder was due to a row between the accused and phone store workers earlier in the day over a broken phone which was rendered beyond repair.
Emre had accused workers of being unable to fix the phone and allegedly took out his anger on his brother.
Police stopped the 29-year-old in the street some time after the murder and found him clutching a knife used in the killing.

When stopping Emre in the street, the alleged murderer is said to have confessed to them, saying: "I killed my brother."
Paramedics were subsequently called to the scene of the family home, with Murat declared dead at the scene by attending emergency services.
During a police interview, Emre is said to have claimed he and his brother had an argument the night before the killing and told interviewing officers: "What happened next simply happened."
He is currently being held in custody as investigations into the death of Murat continue.
