Man found with bags of cocaine and meth strapped to penis swears theyre not his

A man has been arrested after they found baggies of cocaine and meth strapped to his penis

The discovery was found during a routine a traffic stop in Florida.

But, oddly, Patrick Florence, 34, who was the passenger in the car during the 4am stop, denied that the items belong to him.

Pinellas County Sheriff's Office officers stopped the car when they noticed that it did not have its headlights or tail lights on.

The car was then searched and a gun was also found under the passenger's seat where Mr Florence was sitting.

They also found two baggies strapped to his penis – although it's not clear what prompted the search of his genitals – with one bag containing cocaine and the other methamphetamine.

Police said that the man denied that the drugs and the gun were his, but was arrested anyway.

He was given four charges, including possession of cocaine, meth, ammunition and a firearm.

Before his arrest, he also did not mention who the drugs belonged to, police said.

As the man, who has been arrested 20 times on drug-related charges could not pay a £20,000 bond, he is now facing a stint in Pinellas County Jail until trial.

He was most recently arrested in February, 2020, for cocaine possession, which local news claims he was hoping to sell on.

The driver of the car, Darius Owens, 27, arrested for driving under the influence and marijuana possession charges, according to local news.
The incident took place on December 18.

In 2019, 10,085,207 arrests were made in America in total, 1,558,862 of which were related to drugs offences.

A report from the Drug Police Facts website showed that 35 per cent of those were for possession of marijuana, which is a drop of around 200,000 on figures from 20 years ago.
