A week has passed since Princess Beatrice announced the safe arrival of her new daughter – but her name is yet to be revealed.
Buckingham Palace announced that Beatrice had given birth to a daughter weighing 6lb 2oz at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London last Monday.
The newborn is Beatrice's first child and a second for her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who already has a young son, Christopher, also known as Wolfie, from a previous relationship, the Mirror reports.
Her daughter, who is 11th in line to the throne, is also the 12th great-grandchild for the Queen.
It is usually a tradition that the Palace announces the birth of a royal baby but does not reveal their name straight away.
This is usually revealed later – although there is no set amount of time that royals have to wait before revealing the name to the world.
Back in 1948, the Queen waited around a month before telling the world that she had named her firstborn Prince Charles.
Whereas in 1982, Prince Charles and Princess Diana revealed Prince William's name a week after his birth.
In 1988, Beatrice's name was announced a whole two weeks after her arrival, as her first choice of name – Annabel – had reportedly been deemed "too yuppie" by the Queen.

Similarly, earlier this year, Beatrice's older sister Princess Eugenie waited 11 days before announcing that her young son was called August.
At the moment, names that are popular with the bookies for Beatrice's little one include Elizabeth, Matilda, Florence and Arabella.
One family member who has met the new baby is her grandmother Sarah Ferguson.
And it appears the newborn may have inherited a trait that both Beatrice and Sarah share.
A friend of Sarah's suggested to the Daily Mail that the infant might have inherited her gorgeous hair colour, saying: "She's got a hint of red… and a hint of gold."

The friend added: "She's perfect and Sarah is absolutely smitten. She's always very proud of both girls but to have two grandchildren in a year is a total joy."
Meanwhile, Eugenie congratulated her older sister on the birth of her daughter in a touching message on Instagram.
The post was accompanied by a photo of Beatrice with her husband Edoardo and read: "To my dearest Beabea and Edo. Congratulations on your new angel. I can't wait to meet her and I'm so proud of you. We're going to have so much fun watching our children grow up. Love Euge.
"To my new niece, I love you already and think you're just awesome from the photos.. we're going to have so much fun together. Love your Auntie Euge."
