A vile paedophile said he "didn't care" as he was jailed for leaving toddlers with the worst injuries a doctor had "ever seen".
Peter Jackson, 30, continued to deny sexually assaulting a girl and boy as young as three after being found guilty at trial.
A judge blasted the predator after he told a probation officer how he "didn't care" about his victims' suffering.
Leeds Crown Court heard the distressing details of how Jackson preyed on the children when they were both aged as young as three years old.
The court heard how Jackson was a teenager when he first began to abuse his two victims.
The factory worker committed sex offences against each victim on at least ten occasions, the court heard.
The court heard how the boy suffered injuries as a result of the abuse which were described by a doctor as the worst he had ever seen.
Jackson, of Leeds, West Yorks., was found guilty of five counts of rape and one of sexual assault by a jury after a trial in November last year.
He was given an extended prison sentence of 13 years and nine months.

He must serve a custodial term of 12 years, nine months, followed by a further year on licence.
Sentencing, Judge Simon Phillips QC said both victims had suffered severe psychological trauma as a result of the abuse.
He told him that he "robbed them of their innocence".
Judge Phillips QC said: "A pre-sentence report has been prepared in which you continue to deny responsibility, saying you do not care about the children. They are no longer of importance to you.
"You used them for sexual gratification.
"This was unrelenting sexual offending. You robbed them of their innocence."
Susannah Proctor, mitigating, said Jackson continues to deny the offences.
