Woman kidnapped in Aurora, CBI says in missing person alert

An endangered missing person alert was issued Tuesday night by the CBI for a woman who was forced into a vehicle in Aurora.

Jessica Meise, 43, was last seen about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday being forced into a black 2008 Lincoln MKZ in the 26000 block of East Quincy Avenue, according to the alert posted at 7:56 p.m.

The Lincoln, with Meise inside, is believed to be traveling on Interstate 70 in an unknown direction, authorities said.

Meise was forcibly kidnapped, the alert said.

The CBI identified a suspect as Lance Foster, 43, a white male who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 190 pounds, with blue eyes. He is bald or has brown hair. Meise is described as a white female with blue eyes, brown hair, 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 135 pounds. The Lincoln has Colorado plates — BTMA53.

Anyone who spots the Lincoln, Meise or Foster, or who knows of their whereabouts, is asked to call 911 or the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office at 303-795-4711.
