Woman wins £450k lottery prize after invisible spirit told her to buy a ticket

A woman scooped a $500,000 (£450,000) lottery prize "after invisible spirit told her to buy a ticket", she has claimed.

Lucky winner, Stephanie Israel, from Guilford County in North Carolina, was lying in bed when she was advised to buy a ticket moments before the draw.

The 39-year-old told the North Carolina Lottery: "It was late at night and I was lying in bed and the spirit just told me to go online and buy one."
